The password to log in is the 4-digit current year.
The card reader may be asleep. Tap the button on the bottom to wake it up. If no lights come on, the battery might be dead. Remember, the point-of-sale device and card reader must be charged separately. If it’s on and charged but still not working, it may have lost pairing. Follow the instructions in the video linked in the Point of Sale section.
Sales usually pick up closer to the final days. The last few days often see double the sales of previous days, so be prepared for the final day to be very busy.
The fire inspection contact number is listed on the fire inspection sheet inside your binder and on the operator agreement.
Once your fireworks are picked up, you can either mail the key back or bring it to the office if possible.
