2. Eligible Referrals: Referred operators must complete their agreement and have no outstanding balance or collections with Phantom at the time of reconciliation.

3. Acceptance: All referrals will undergo standard screening processes, including background and credit checks. Phantom reserves the right to decline any referral that does not meet our requirements.

4. Submission Deadline: Referral forms must be submitted by June 20th for the summer period and December 20th for the New Year’s period.

5. Program Changes: This program is subject to change or termination at any time.
