Each site is issued one point-of-sale kit with a scanner. If you have a second kit without a scanner, you can use the camera for scanning. We track the distribution of scanners, so you won't be charged for one we didn’t send.

Discounts apply by price, not by item. If you ring up two units of different items at $49.99 each, the system will apply two $49.99 discounts, which might be split between the items or applied to either one.

The password to log in is the 4-digit current year.
Why isn't the card reader working?
Why isn't the card reader working?
The card reader may be asleep. Tap the button on the bottom to wake it up. Avoid holding the button, as it will unpair the device, requiring you to reconnect.
If no lights come on, the battery might be dead. Note that charging the point-of-sale device does not charge the card reader; they must be charged separately.
If it’s on and charged but still not working, it may have lost pairing. Follow the instructions in the linked video in the Point of Sale section.
